How do I get started with Goshen?
Call us or send an enquiry and we'll have a friendly, no-obligation chat. Once we understand what you need, we put a plan together and introduce you to the people who'll support you.
Do I need an NDIS plan?
You can receive our supports if your NDIS plan is self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed. If you don't have a plan yet, talk to us anyway — we can point you toward the right next step.
Which areas do you cover?
We support people right across Adelaide, South Australia. Ask us about your suburb and we'll let you know exactly how we can help.
Can you support complex or nursing needs?
Yes. Our registered nurses handle wound care, medication, catheters and other complex care, and our support workers are trained to back them up.
Can I choose who supports me?
Always. You tell us what matters to you — personality, culture, gender, interests — and we match you with workers you feel comfortable with. If it isn't a good fit, we'll change it.
How much does support cost?
Our prices follow the NDIS pricing arrangements, so what you pay depends on the support and the time of day. Ask us and we'll walk you through it in plain language before anything begins.
